Overview

As an Agile Project Manager, you play a central role in the implementation of demanding digital health projects, ensuring that your team works efficiently and project goals are met while embedding agile principles sustainably.

In Short

• Responsible for ongoing project controlling and ensuring budget and time adherence.
• Coordinate the team and plan project workflows.
• Regular communication with clients and internal teams about project progress.
• Support the establishment of agile project management methods.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management in custom software development or digital health.
• Solid experience in applying agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Ideally experience as an Agile Coach or Agile Master.
• Technical understanding of digital solutions and product development.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Analytical thinking and organizational talent.
• Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Working hours: 30-40 hours/week (flexible part-time or full-time models possible).
