Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive experience in data analysis in product company.
• 3+ years of experience in experimentation (practical skills in designing, implementing and interpreting results).
• Demonstrated understanding of experimentation and CRO principles, statistical methodologies (including A/B and multivariate testing).
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Strategic thinking to align experimentation with business goals.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale experimentation programs, ideally within a product-focused environment.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of web and mobile development.
• Proficiency in using specific software for data analysis and experimentation.
• Conversational level English language skills.
