• Make phone contacts to salons to persuade them to withdraw their resignation from Booksy services.
• Activate salons to ensure their Booksy profiles encourage clients to book as many online visits as possible.
• Provide salons with information about how Booksy for Business and Booksy for Clients work.
• Inform salons about subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
• Propose tailored solutions to salons based on what Booksy can offer.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes chaotic environment.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving.
