Overview

The Territory Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing the Boochcraft brand within their assigned territory, focusing on expanding distribution and ensuring brand visibility.

In Short

  • Act as the primary ambassador for Boochcraft.
  • Devote a minimum of 4.5 days weekly to field activities.
  • Maintain communication with distributor representatives.
  • Strategically expand the account base.
  • Implement chain mandates and uphold merchandising standards.
  • Sell distribution in on-premise and off-premise channels.
  • Ensure proper product handling and storage conditions.
  • Utilize sales data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners for account activation.
  • Address account and distributor concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years in CPG or food/beverage industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Passionate about sustainability.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. safely.
