DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the platform team and take ownership of maintaining and evolving the Google Cloud Platform for products.

In Short

• Automate deployment processes and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor cloud costs and improve performance and availability.
• Enable engineering teams with solid tooling and expertise in the software delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure security and keep internal IT processes running smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane (Google Config Connector is a plus!).
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, or JavaScript/Node.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Google Kubernetes Engine, and ArgoCD.
• Solid foundation in Golang and/or Python.
• Worked with AWS, Azure, or (ideally) Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, PromQL, and Grafana.
• Proactive, curious, and resourceful.
• Organizational and communication skills that enhance collaboration.
