Overview

This position provides direct administrative assistance to the Care Coordination Team, promoting patient care and services in a remote setting.

• Provide community-based support to patients and staff.

Requirements

• GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in a community or ambulatory care setting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Experience with database entry.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Accepts responsibility and follows through on projects.
• Licensing/Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
