340B Auditor - Remote

Overview

The 340B Auditor is responsible for the auditing and monitoring of the 340B Drug Discount Program for compliance with federal requirements/guidelines.

In Short

• Responsible for auditing the 340B Drug Discount Program.
• Conducts daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits.
• Collaborates with other 340B staff for specialized audits/projects.
• Prepares and uploads required data to 340B software systems.
• Monitors compliance with HRSA’s policies.
• Evaluates patient eligibility for 340B programs.
• Assists with external audits as assigned.
• Documents audit results as required.
• Reports findings through appropriate channels.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to learn technical systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy workflows preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
