Overview

As a Contracts and Commercials Specialist, you will own both the execution and optimization of our client contracting process, bridging legal, finance, and delivery to ensure legal discipline and client clarity.

In Short

  • Draft, negotiate, and redline MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, and Order Forms.
  • Serve as a primary legal point of contact for clients.
  • Manage contract workflows and approval paths.
  • Own contract lifecycle governance and compliance alignment.
  • Design and manage contract systems for scalability.
  • Maintain contract metadata and document storage.
  • Ensure terms align with pricing models and service expectations.
  • Build SOPs for contract workflows and drive operational efficiency.
  • Escalate legal issues appropriately.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Finance on legal risk and commercial goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in contract negotiation and legal compliance.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate legal language into business-friendly terms.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO, SOC 2, PCI).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Sound judgment in legal matters.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining SOPs.
