Overview

ObjectiveHealth is seeking a dynamic Contracts and Budgets Specialist to join our team! This role plays a key part in managing the contractual obligations of the company while supporting our executive leadership team, including the Chief Commercial Officer, and VP of Commercial. In this pivotal position, you will oversee the negotiation, tracking, and reporting of all confidentiality agreements, pharmaceutical contracts, and budgets. Your expertise will ensure that all aspects of our contracts are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with organizational processes.

In Short

  • Manage timelines, negotiations, and implementation of confidentiality agreements, contract terms, and budgets.
  • Oversee budget cycle and contracting process to ensure no delay in study start.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Account Management, Finance and CRIO finance teams.
  • Track and propose list pricing and FMV sponsor funding approvals.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel, operations, finance, and study sites.
  • Maintain systems to track, coordinate, and process study status.
  • Track and execute contract amendments, providing follow-up and reporting.
  • Monitor deadlines, updates, and modifications outlined in study contracts.
  • Assist the operations team with timelines for new trial opportunities.
  • Respond to inquiries from sites and sponsors promptly.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and tracking.
  • Knowledgeable in contractual law and agreements.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous in contract management.
  • Excellent at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • 2+ years of experience in budgets and contracts preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Clinical Research experience and trial protocol knowledge preferred.
