Overview

We are looking for a Zoho Specialist to develop and optimize workflows and automation within Zoho ONE CRM, ensuring seamless data integration from external sources.

In Short

• Develop and implement end-to-end sales process workflows.
• Create dashboards for clear visibility into stage statuses.
• Generate custom reports tailored to business needs.
• Enhance and optimize Zoho CRM.
• Manage order workflows from entry to invoicing.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs.
• Train internal users on Zoho CRM best practices.
• Accomplish other related duties as required.
• Support sales tracking, invoicing, reporting, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist, Zoho Developer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho One Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, etc.).
• Expertise in designing custom reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
