Overview

We are searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation and appointment setting to support our global Sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strong cold caller with proven experience in multichannel outreach—including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

In Short

  • Prospecting and Cold Calling: Source and qualify potential clients through research and engage them via cold calls, email, and social media.
  • CRM Management and Sales Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Sales Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Appointment Scheduling and Meeting Support: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Administrative and Data Management: Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support sales operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Strong communication skills to engage US-based clients effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage high-volume outreach.
  • Ability to adapt messaging based on prospect needs.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
