Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations and ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in managing a team of IT professionals, guiding the implementation of IT solutions, and ensuring high-quality technical support across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration and system security.
• Ability to manage IT support operations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with vendor management and budgeting is preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
