Overview

The Mechanical/Propulsion Customer Support Engineer will provide essential support for the AH-64 Apache helicopter fleet, ensuring maintenance and operational efficiency while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Responsible for maintenance and support of AH-64 Apache systems.

Requirements

• HNC in Engineering required.
• Experience with AH-64 Apache or rotary wing aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of UK MOD / Army maintenance processes.
• Ability to analyze engineering data and develop solutions.
• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
• Experience with UK MOD Resolve and GOLDesp is desirable.
• Engineering degree with registration (CEng or IEng) preferred.
• Ability to research and apply engineering principles.
• Experience in project leadership and team collaboration.
• Understanding of financial performance metrics.
