Overview

The Boeing Global Services San Antonio site is seeking a dedicated and Experienced Culture and Integration Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of site initiatives, events and activities aimed at driving business success, enhancing employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction within the organization.

In Short

• Collaborate across business and support functions to strategize and champion delivery of culture and engagement activities.
• Influence culture and engagement practices to support leaders and employees.
• Lead and plan activities to enhance employee engagement.
• Support preparation and coordination of project management activities.
• Participate in maintaining and analyzing metrics related to engagement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between different departments for cultural integration goals.
• Develop comprehensive event plans and ensure seamless execution.
• Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records related to events.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cultural integration initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with senior management for alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects that promote exceptional employee engagement.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams or initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.
• Strong background in project management.
• Ability to analyze problems from multiple perspectives.
• Capacity to partner closely with teammates across shifts.
