Overview

We are looking for a Growth Strategist to manage a portfolio of e-commerce-focused clients at BM Digital. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing growth strategies that drive measurable results for our clients. You will collaborate closely with paid media analysts, creative teams, and other internal stakeholders while maintaining a client-facing role. Your ability to identify growth opportunities, deliver strategic insights, and foster strong client relationships will be essential to your success.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring their business objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the unique needs of e-commerce clients, integrating paid media insights, creative storytelling, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with paid media analysts and creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and X.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts, presenting data-driven recommendations for additional spend, new campaigns, or innovative projects.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions, providing actionable insights that align with client goals and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, crafting decks with engaging narratives and presenting them via video calls or even in-person.
  • Manage senior-level relationships, addressing challenges with resilience and adaptability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing and e-commerce, applying new ideas to client strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in growth strategy, account management, or a similar role with a strong focus on paid digital advertising and e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working closely with creative teams and data analysts to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and address challenges with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter, with a track record of driving measurable business growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Strong presentation skills, including crafting and delivering impactful decks that resonate with stakeholders.

Benefits

  • This is a full-time, remote position.
  • Compensation range is $45k-95k annually, determined based on the experience.
  • Bonus structure based on client retention, upsells and referrals.
