Project Manager - Software Asset Management - Remote

Overview

You will be responsible for driving the execution of software asset management (SAM) projects, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring efficient license operations and compliance.

• Manage and execute software licensing consolidation projects.
• Lead backlog creation and Agile ceremonies.
• Drive the deployment and improvement of SAM operations and tools.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on licensing strategies.
• Conduct license allocation, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
• Edit and document processes related to software licensing.
• Lead or support meetings and perform project management tasks.
• Build and maintain SharePoint sites for collaboration.
• Perform data analysis and dashboard creation using Power BI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• 2+ years of experience administering software licensing contracts.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis and SQL querying.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• Strong project management background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and experienced in collaborating with global teams.
