Overview

Blueground is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who is a native-like French speaker to join our centralized client experience department in Athens. This role offers a great opportunity to gain insight into the hospitality industry while ensuring excellent client experiences.

In Short

  • Receive complex inquiries from guests and resolve issues.
  • Schedule and manage internal and external business partners.
  • Liaise across functions to improve customer support processes.
  • Maintain relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Plan daily routes for operations associates.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or back office operations.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong professional relationship management skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends if needed.
