Overview

Blueground is looking for an Inbound Sales Associate to manage inbound sales requests concerning bookings of Blueground properties, ensuring exceptional experiences for guests.

In Short

• Respond to incoming property sales inquiries full cycle.
• Support the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
• Interact with clients and resolve any queries.
• Forecast sales activity and revenue.
• Proactive daily pipeline management in our CRM.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in sales or account management.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or call sales is a plus.
• Ability to run exploratory calls and handle objections.
• Flexibility with working days.
• Customer-first mindset and hunter mentality.
• Coachable individual able to implement feedback.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or native-like communication skills in English.
