Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Bluecore, you will help customers maximize the value of the Bluecore Retail Data Platform through technical expertise and client engagement.

In Short

Write JavaScript integrations for client websites.
Configure and maintain client data intake across multiple channels.
Utilize internal tools to solve unique client-specific problems.
Interface with clients to enhance their understanding of Bluecore products.
Develop technical solutions for complex challenges.
Monitor the health and uptime of critical client connections.
Collaborate with Customer Success and product teams.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering.
Completion of a reputable Coding Bootcamp or equivalent programming knowledge.
Experience in a client-facing role.
Fluency in JavaScript and familiarity with web development technologies.
Ability to structure ambiguous workflows.
