Overview

As a Financial Analyst at BlueCat, you will be a critical business partner to the Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer focused teams, providing key financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to help drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.

In Short

• Provide financial support and analysis for the Sales organization.
• Assist in the design and analysis of sales compensation plans.
• Forecast monthly, yearly, and long-term expenses.
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams in pricing strategy evaluation.
• Monitor sales performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn.
• Develop financial models to assess pricing impacts.
• Communicate financial information to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or related roles.
• Expertise in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-growth environment.
• Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred.
