Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a 12-month temp-to-hire contract, focusing on promoting and supporting Scrum practices to drive the success of the Scrum Team.

• Rate: $60 - $67/hour.
• Facilitating Scrum events and coaching Agile practices.
• Helping the team understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.
• Removing impediments to the team's success.
• Establishing a safe and trusting environment for team members.
• Encouraging collaboration and cross-training within the team.
• Promoting an Agile mindset through ongoing coaching.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to mediate conflicts within the team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile practices.
• High-energy, passionate outlook.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport within teams.
• Skilled at inspiring and motivating others.
• Experience in scheduling meetings and identifying risks.
