Overview

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will lead and promote the Agile journey within MUFG Investor Services, ensuring cross-functional self-managed teams excel in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of servant leadership and facilitation.
• Experience with various Agile patterns and practices.
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work in multicultural projects.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Natural curiosity and ownership of initiatives.
