The Salesforce Work & Asset Management Solution Architect will act as a trusted advisor to the client’s project team, engaging with both technical and business stakeholders to develop comprehensive recommendations and solutions that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce Solution Architect experience.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and prototyping solutions.
• Experience with structured and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical issues in non-technical terms.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products and industry best practices.
• Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Developer).
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
