Physical Security Systems Analyst (CCure 9000) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Physical Security Systems Analyst to support the maintenance, implementation, and modernization of physical security systems, including card readers, security cameras, backend equipment.

In Short

• Assist in replacing and implementing end-of-life security equipment.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as a backup to the Lead Analyst.
• Support the update and maintenance of security standards.
• Evaluate and test new physical security technologies.
• Provide on-site support for technology implementations.
• Conduct equipment audits and maintain records.
• Collaborate with various teams to support project execution.
• Ensure alarm data reliability and assist with system changes.
• Participate in the annual equipment refresh cycle.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in physical security systems.
• Expertise with physical security technologies (e.g., CCure 9000, Avigilon).
• CCure 9000 certification is required.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
