In Short

• Lead the administration and expansion of electronic physical security systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations of security systems including video surveillance and access control.
• Conduct system monitoring and investigate security incidents.
• Provide remote support to installation teams nationwide.
• Configure and harden servers and workstations.
• Support installations and troubleshooting of security systems.
• Provide Tier 1 support for internal users.
• Manage third-party integrations and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Participate in training and workshops to stay updated with industry practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Genetec Omnicast and Synergis.
• Knowledge of networking essentials and SQL databases.
• Experience in system administration and security projects.
• Strong organizational and technical writing skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS systems.
• Certifications in security or IT are a plus.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Customer-first mindset and collaborative approach.
