Overview

We are seeking a Workday HR IT Analyst with direct, hands-on configuration experience to support a growing ERP environment, with a specific focus on the Absence Management and Compensation modules.

• Configure and maintain Workday Absence and Compensation modules.
• Support the automation of union pay rules.
• Build and test configurations for new programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Create and execute test scenarios, track progress using tools like Jira.
• Monitor Workday Community for relevant feature releases.
• Assist in initiatives involving Adaptive Planning.
• 1-3 years of direct Workday configuration experience required.
• Strong understanding of union pay structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field preferred.

• Strong understanding of union pay structures.
• Demonstrated ability to build, test, and maintain configurations independently.
• Experience integrating Workday with ancillary systems.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred.
