The Director of Project Development at Blue Forest leads the project development team to create and execute strategies for ecosystem restoration projects, focusing on conservation finance and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leadership, business development, or project management.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Experience in ecosystem restoration and conservation finance.
