  • Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare regulations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience mentoring and leading in sales functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in startup or scaling organizations preferred.
  • Consistent history of meeting seven-figure quotas.
