Product Manager - Global Payments and Anti-Fraud - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically and process minded Product Manager to lead our Global payment rail expansion and anti-fraud practice. You will be responsible for expanding Global local currency support for our customers and for building out Blockchain.com’s risk and fraud functions, balancing a seamless user experience with keeping fraudsters at bay.

• Prioritize and expand local fiat support capabilities.
• Work with the brokerage team to enable trading in local currencies.
• Build an industry-leading risk and anti-fraud function.
• Create and execute a product roadmap.
• Implement systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Assess and analyze the impact of features on KPIs.
• Collaborate with various teams to design fraud detection tools.
• Work with external vendors on fraud protection solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of fraud incidents.
• Manage timelines and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Product Management, with 3 years in payments and fraud.
• Knowledge of payment rails and experience with risk and fraud teams.
• Experience supporting new rails or currency for a Global Consumer Fintech.
• Experience in payments, fraud prevention, or risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience.
• Proven track record of shipping products in a technical environment.
