In Short

• Join the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) as a FIU Associate specializing in Transaction Monitoring.
• Investigate suspicious activity and mitigate financial crime risks.
• Conduct investigations into escalated AML alerts and analyze transactional patterns.
• Provide feedback on transaction monitoring rules to enhance effectiveness.
• Analyze blockchain data to uncover patterns and potential risks.
• Develop scripts to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Document and report findings clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve monitoring systems.
• Work in a hybrid role with mandatory in-office presence four days per week.
• Opportunity to work remotely for up to 20 days per year.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in AML or compliance.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Word skills are mandatory.
• Experience in Compliance or Fraud Prevention is essential.
• Preferred experience in triaging transaction monitoring alerts.
• Professional experience in a fintech or crypto company is advantageous.
