• Implement and oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, especially related to the European Union.
• Oversee the company’s compliance with MiCA.
• Monitor regulatory change and provide impact assessments.
• Review compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory requirements.
• Lead compliance-related projects.
• Act as liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with management on business strategies.
• Participate in strategic decisions within the company.
• Advise on current and emerging risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in AML/CTF and compliance.
• 3 years of experience in team management.
• 2 years of experience in FinTech, Crypto, or payment services.
• Experience building European compliance programs.
• Experience managing and scaling a team.
• Experience with regulators and auditors.
• Understanding of EU and Lithuanian regulations.
• Interest in cryptocurrency regulation.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional certification preferred.
