• Implement and oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Europe.
• Oversee compliance with MiCA regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide impact assessments.
• Review compliance policies and procedures.
• Lead compliance-related projects.
• Act as liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with management on business strategies.
• Participate in product development for AML/CTF implications.
• Conduct regular risk assessments.
• Ensure staff training on AML/CTF obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in AML/CTF and compliance.
• 3 years of experience in team management.
• 2 years in FinTech, Crypto, or payment services.
• Experience building European compliance programs.
• Experience managing and scaling a team.
• Experience with regulators and auditors.
• In-depth understanding of EU AML/CTF regulations.
• Interest in cryptocurrency regulation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
