Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal native French communication skills.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven customer support/user success experience.
  • User obsession and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in CRM/customer service software; Zendesk experience is a plus.
  • Great team player as well as autonomous in execution.
