  • Direct collaboration with the Co-Founder in Sales and Business Development.
  • Development and implementation of B2B sales strategies, customer segmentation, and acquisition.

  • Expansion and optimization of sales structures.
  • Design and implementation of scalable sales processes.
  • Building product marketing and managing trade show appearances.
  • Prioritizing customer feedback and liaising with product development.
  • Responsibility for ad-hoc projects relevant to management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in a high-growth startup.
  • Interest in technological topics, the electricity grid, and renewable energies.
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
  • Professionalism and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High degree of reliability and independence.
  • Structured and results-oriented working style.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, growth, and building scalable structures.
