  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Client account management experience.
  • Ability to manage complex issues independently.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • 5+ years of experience with benefit verification and customer service.
