Requirements

• MS or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Effective communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Python, including libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with generative models or multimodal AI.
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills; Spark/Databricks experience is a plus.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Comfortable leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms or explainable AI tools.
