In Short

• Take incoming sales inquiries and orders.
• Provide technical assistance to customers on their current projects.
• Provide quick quotes and recommend solutions for customer projects.
• Respond to quote requests with professional proposals.
• Follow up on deliveries and advise customers of details.
• Handle customer service inquiries efficiently.
• Process enquiries transferred by Area Managers.
• Maintain customer awareness of promotions.
• Log and monitor all customer enquiries in the CRM.
• Complete other duties as business needs arise.

Requirements

• Customer Service Experience
• Problem solver
• Organizational skills
• Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Brilliant task and time management skills.
• A “can-do attitude”.
