In Short

• This is a hands-on role responsible for successful project outcomes.
• Ownership of equipment setup and performance during site trials.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage project scope.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on site.
• Maintain project logs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project management teams for smooth execution.
• Train clients on the use of equipment for projects.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the project.
• Flexibility to travel extensively, including weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in blast and coating projects.
• Experience in estimating, budgeting, and cost control.
• Associates degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Preferred experience in Oil and Gas, Shipyards, Water Storage.
