Overview

Join our dynamic Legal Team as a Legal Intern at Blacklane's headquarters in Berlin Schöneberg, where you will support our in-house lawyers and gain insights into the daily work of a corporate lawyer in a globally operating company.

In Short

• Support the Legal Team with various legal matters.
• Review and draft commercial contracts and assist in negotiations.
• Assist in compliance, data protection, intellectual property, and competition law.
• Prepare corporate documents and engage in corporate housekeeping.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Completed first state examination with above-average results.
• Very good English skills and enjoyment of working in English.
• Ideally, some knowledge in corporate and labor law, and interest in compliance, data protection, and contract law.
• Enjoy working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Team player willing to take initiative and propose solutions.
