In Short

• Support employees across the studio and help deliver people programs.
• Leverage HR systems to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team, managers, and employees.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation.
• Administer BambooHR and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee benefits enrollments and changes.
• Manage and track PTO and leave requests.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities.
• Coordinate offboarding processes and support exit interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a technical or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of provincial labour standards and HR best practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS/ATS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and organization.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Approachable and service-oriented.
