Requirements

• Some College Courses or an Associates degree
• Experience in a medical office
• Telephonic outreach experience
• Customer service experience
• Passion for helping others
• Available to work up to 3 days a week from our Allentown, PA clinic
• Ability to connect with and engage people from diverse backgrounds
• Genuine, empathic, listening skills
• Excellent time management and self-organization
