We believe in modern approaches to working and for this reason, we follow since 8 years a four day work week and are native remote company. This allows us to find a healthy balance and flexibility between our private lives and delivering quality services to our candidates and clients.

In Short

• You will work on interim projects or particular vacancies for our clients.
• You will partner with hiring managers to create meaningful recruiting processes.
• You will guide candidates through the recruiting process.
• You will cooperate with colleagues to deliver projects on time.
• No internal KPIs or unnecessary reporting.
• You won’t be expected to stay after hours.
• You will be involved in all aspects related to Blackbird Collective.

Requirements

• Strong recruiting experience in the IT sector, particularly for tech companies in Germany.
• Based in Germany, willing to work independently from home.
• Position for 20-32 hours per week.
• Knowledge of HR topics and German language skills are a strong plus.
• Understanding that recruiting is a quality game.
• Pragmatic with a strong eye for detail.
• Experienced in modern and fast-moving companies.
• Belief in modern work-life balance.
