Overview

The Retail Territory Manager will manage a territory of retail accounts, focusing on driving sales and analyzing performance metrics.

In Short

  • Manage retail accounts including Home Depot, Lowes, and ACE.
  • Analyze sales metrics using SalesForce and Power BI.
  • Drive top-line sales to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
  • Partner with store managers to align strategies with retail goals.
  • Implement national strategies for product sell-through.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in retail to drive initiatives.
  • Conduct job site visits for product training and promotions.
  • Manage budgets effectively to enhance profitability.
  • Support local territory activations and promotional events.
  • Maintain relationships with professional end-users.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail sales experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work some weekends.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor.
  • Experience with Power BI and SalesForce.
  • Knowledge of IT business systems and Microsoft applications.
