As Product Lead, AI (China), you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder and leadership team to turn cutting-edge ideas into real-world execution, and execution into measurable impact.

In Short

• Translate the CEO’s AI vision into clear, actionable product priorities.
• Drive execution of AI and automation projects across the company.
• Act as the central hub of coordination for AI-enabled initiatives.
• Solve high-impact product and operational problems with speed and structure.
• Scale the company by embedding AI solutions into core processes.
• Own end-to-end implementation of AI/tech projects – from planning to deployment.
• Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that accelerate scale.
• Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-departmental AI initiatives, ensuring alignment and momentum.
• Take full ownership of AI-related projects that don’t have a clear “home”.

Requirements

• ~5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth company.
• Proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech/AI/digital systems.
• Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience collaborating directly with executives on high-stakes projects.
• Sound judgment and maturity in handling complex, sensitive, or high-pressure situations.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, AI-driven platforms, or founder-led companies.
• Based in China and able to work remotely.
