AI Product Lead - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will take a leadership position in a multi-disciplinary team that will design, build, and deliver a sourcing platform targeting emerging brands and merchants across emerging markets. The ultimate goal is to develop an AI product that supports our customers in meeting their daily sourcing needs. We are looking for someone who is excited to build things from scratch and has a healthy risk appetite for an early-stage startup, coupled with an eagerness to learn, iterate, and innovate.

In Short

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to align with business goals
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of the sourcing platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or marketplace environments
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Deep understanding of B2B product user needs
• Fluent in Thai and English

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience or more working as a Product Manager
• At least 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or marketplace environments
• Experience with supply chain management, sourcing, and e-commerce
• Ability to make data-driven, informed decisions
• Deep understanding and empathy for the end user of B2B products
