Overview

Join our Multi-Product Team as an Account Manager, where you will oversee and expand a portfolio of business clients in the digital marketing sphere. Acting as the main liaison for clients, you'll ensure their success and satisfaction with our services. The perfect candidate will excel in client communication and relationship management, coupled with a robust knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. 

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage their accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Analyze and report on client's digital marketing performance.
  • Work to retain clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Present company services using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Participate in special projects supporting team goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience, preferably in SEO or Marketing Agency.
  • 2+ years in a sales-based position within a metrics-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, and Paid Ads/PPC.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/AdWords is a plus.
  • College Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field is a plus.
