Overview

This role involves providing outstanding technical support and customer service to US-based clients while working remotely from the Philippines.

In Short

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to end users via phone and email.
  • Manage and update support tickets in the proprietary ticketing system.
  • Provide remote desktop support and troubleshooting for various devices.
  • Utilize remote access tools for effective problem-solving.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot network and server issues.
  • Deploy and manage antivirus solutions and backups.
  • Administer Microsoft Active Directory and email systems.
  • Perform website and DNS administration tasks.
  • Manage virtual servers using VMware Vsphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support and customer service.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile device support.
  • Knowledge of network and server issue resolution.
  • Experience with remote access tools.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Ability to manage virtual servers.
