Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong basic math skills for order support.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Prior experience in a remote customer support role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Aircall, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
