Overview

BiOptimizers is seeking a Performance Graphic Designer on a contract basis to support paid media and digital marketing initiatives during maternity leave coverage. This role focuses on creating high-performing static and animated ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms.

• Design high-converting static and motion ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads.

Requirements

• Experience in AI tools for prompt engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience designing performance-focused paid social ads.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads best practices.
• Ability to work quickly and produce multiple variations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
