Digital & Performance Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a visually-driven Graphic Designer to create high-performing static ad content for Meta, alongside other digital and email assets.

In Short

• Design and produce high-performing static ads for Meta using Figma.
• Leverage existing imagery from our asset library or clearly brief in new imagery as needed.
• Embed and test multiple messaging variations within creative to identify winning angles.
• Adapt creative for different placements, formats, and audience segments.
• Build EDMs in Klaviyo, focusing on layout, visuals, and design that boosts engagement and conversions.
• Use performance insights to guide creative direction.
• Rapidly produce and deploy creative variations for testing.
• Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Work closely with the marketing team and performance agency to align on campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly for digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Klaviyo or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust creative accordingly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
